What is the difference between a condo and a townhouse?
Here at Stonehill, we have a townhouse community called “Commons” and a condominium community called “Cirque”. Cirque is a traditional style condo building, there are 6 units per building. Our Townhouses are sold Fee Simple (https://www.redfin.com/definition/fee-simple), which is essentially a single family home with one or two (depending on outside or middle units) shared wall.
Where did you get all of those big rocks?
Stonehill Builders is a company who is dedicated to local sourcing. You can’t get as local as this, rather than export our stone we decided to take the beauty we found in our own land and put it to use. All the natural stone you see in our retaining walls and in our landscaping we gathered right in our community. One of reasons why our master planned community is named “Stonehill”.
Will Stonehill Builders build a home on my own lot?
Currently, Stonehill Builders do not offer building on a private home site.
